Adolescent Treatment Services

In Bellevue, WA

Assisting teens (12 to 17) coping with behavioral & mental health conditions

Half of all mental health conditions start by age 14, but most cases are undetected and untreated. For a young person with symptoms of a mental disorder, the earlier treatment is started, the more effective it can be.

Accredited by The Joint Commission

In early adolescence, most teens will experience dramatic physical, emotional, and social changes that can leave some quite vulnerable to developing mental health & behavioural problems. Being defiant to rules, a decline in academic performance, verbal and/or physical aggression, self-harm, and social isolation are some common traits that they may display. Ignoring an adolescent’s declining mental health condition can have long-lasting negative effects on both their psychological and physical development into adulthood.

Program Overview

Based on an initial psychiatric evaluation, recommendations for medications will be given. Onsite nursing care will be available every day to address their medical needs and to assist with medication management.

Our counselors will create a treatment plan and establish goals for your teen after conducting a thorough screening and assessment. This plan is reviewed with the participants at every individual counselling session and updates are made when needed.
